A quality product begins with quality ingredients. For us, it begins at Granny’s state-of-the-art hatchery, where optimum hatching conditions and careful egg screening are part of our overall goal to provide producers with the best possible start to a healthy poultry flock. In addition, we work closely with egg producers and poultry producers in the before- and after-hatching stages to enhance quality control at all levels. 
Our high standards are strictly maintained at our HACCP-certified processing facility in Blumenort, which has outstanding quality assurance and food safety systems in place. In fact, we were the first poultry producer in Manitoba to establish our own on-site laboratory to enhance the quality control process.
