Manitoba's Best Turkey Burger Recipe Challenge

Calling all Grillmasters! We are searching for Manitoba’s best turkey burger. In order to qualify, you must use Granny's turkey and your favourite Bothwell cheese. Whether your secret is in the quality ingredients, the fresh toppings or the unique cooking technique, we want to know about it. Three lucky finalists will be chosen to participate in a cook-off and slider sampling at The Forks, where judges and tasters will decide who will win a deluxe 4-burner barbecue, a 5-piece outdoor patio set, and a Granny’s Poultry shopping spree valued at $200, a selection of Bothwell Cheese, plus a Granny's grilling set (silicon oven mitts, digital meat thermometer, apron, etc).
Here is a Turkey Burger recipe that you could use it as a base, adding some of your favorite special ingredients and/or condiments.
Ingredients
2 lb / 900 g Granny's Lean Ground Turkey Thighs
1/4 cup / 65 ml cornmeal
1/4 cup / 65 ml onion, finely chopped
1 tsp / 5 ml garlic, minced
2 tbsp / 30 ml egg white
1/4 cup / 65 ml flat leaf parsley
1 tsp / 5 ml sea salt
1 tbsp / 15 ml grainy mustard
