David Morgan - Director, Leadership and Organizational Development
David Morgan started with Granny’s on May 31, 2010 in the position of Director, Leadership and Organizational Development. In this position, David is responsible for providing leadership, direction and management for our entire human resource function including: organizational development, industrial relations, staffing and compensation, as well as facilitating the organizational change component of our business strategy.
David is an experienced professional with an MSC in Agriculture as well as Certified Human Resource Professional designation. He has a broad range of experience in industrial relations, organizational development, human resource and change management. He has led a distinguished career working for such notable companies as Maple Leaf Foods, Wilson Auto Electric, New Holland and Comau Pico in the United States. David’s success comes from his ability to build positive and constructive relationships with key stakeholder groups and by effectively analyzing and responding to the human resource needs of employees and the organization.
