Grannys' Turkey Breast Roast

Cooking Instructions
BBQ: Preheat BBQ to approx. 175°C (350°F).
Season and cook skin side up either directly on the grill with a drip pan underneath or in a shallow foil pan. The bbq should remain covered during cooking. Cook for approximately 1½ - 2 hours. Roast is fully cooked when a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Season and place in a roasting pan skin side up. Cover loosely with foil and cook for approximately 1½ - 2 hours. Remove foil during last ½ hour for browning. Roast is fully cooked when a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F.
