SUPERVISORY TEAM – Evening Shift
These team members are responsible for managing productivity while maximizing all resources within a safe work environment; effectively leading a team; monitoring production practices that ensure consistent quality while eliminating waste; and maintaining a variety of production records.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior related work experience that includes managing people and production.
- Demonstrated skills such as leadership, decision making & problem solving, continuous quality & performance improvement, planning & organizing, and communication.
- The ability to train others, follow established safety practices and ensure preventative maintenance programs are being followed.
- Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to promote a positive team environment.
Assets:
- Applicants who have completed or are enrolled in Supervision or Management Training.
- Previous experience in Food Processing and working knowledge of HACCP.
