Apple Rum Turkey
Simple and fresh recipe on the grill, breast fillets with apple juice and apple wedges.
Ingredients

6 oz turkey fillets Granny's Turkey Boneless Breast |
| 1 1/4 cups | apple juice |
| 2 tbsp | dark rum plus 1 tsp |
| 2 tbsp | honey |
| 1 tbsp | cornstarch |
| 2 tbsp | cold water |
| 1 | apple, cut into wedges |
Directions
Combine ½ cup (125 ml) apple juice, 1 tbsp rum (15 ml) and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Pour marinade over turkey in a shallow dish, cover and marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill. Remove turkey from marinade. Arrange turkey on hot grill.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes, depending on size of fillets. Transfer to serving platter and keep warm.
Combine remaining juice and rum in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in honey and bring to a boil.
Stir cornstarch into cold water and add to boiling liquid, stirring constantly until well blended. Cook 1 minute.
Drizzle apple rum sauce over each fillet. Garnish with apple wedge.
