Ingredients

1 lb Granny's chicken
Granny's Chicken Boneless Skinless Thighs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 large head of cabbage
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 medium tomatoes, diced
5 mushrooms, minced
1 - 2 red pepper, minced
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

Remove core from cabbage. Put cabbage in large plastic bag and freeze overnight. Thaw at room temperature until leaves are soft enough to work with. Trim the backbone from each leaf.In a skillet over medium heat stir-cook Granny?s chicken, garlic, ginger and hot pepper flakes until Granny?s chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat and let cool. Mix cooled Granny?s chicken mixture with remaining
ingredients. Refrigerate.Put about 1/4 cup of filling in each leaf. Tuck sides in and roll leaf around filling. Put roll into a large casserole dish. Repeat until all filling has been used. Spread tomatoes over rolls. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over rolls. Cover casserole and bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 20 minutes
