Ingredients

4 Granny's Boneless Skinless Breast
Granny's Chicken Boneless Skinless Breasts
1 cup bread crumbs
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 cans low fat chicken soup
1 cup low fat Miracle Whip
1/2 cup melted margarine

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and cook thoroughly in frying pan, adding pepper to taste. In a separate pot, mix together chicken soup, lemon juice, and Miracle Whip. Heat to blend into a smooth mixture.Cut up broccoli, place in bottom of 9? x 13? casserole dish. Place chicken pieces on top of broccoli, then cover with sauce. Top with grated cheese.Top grated cheese with buttered bread crumbs and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
