Chicken Skewers
Chicken skewers, healthy choice on the grill, garlic, cumin, olive oil, lemon, soy sauce, ginger, shallot.
Ingredients

Granny's boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes Granny's Chicken Boneless Skinless Breasts |
| 2 | cloves of garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp | each: ground cumin, ground coriander |
| 1 Tbsp | each: olive oil and grated lemon zest |
| 2 Tbsp | each: reduced sodium soya sauce and brown sugar |
| 1 1/2 tsp | grated gingerroot |
| 1 | large shallot, minced |
| 8 | wooden (pre-soaked) or metal skewers |
Directions
To make marinade combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl.
Pour marinade over chicken pieces in a large, heavy duty,re-sealable plastic bag. Make sure all pieces are coated with marinade. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Thread chicken cubes onto skewers. Grill 4 - 5 minutes per side over medium grill, turning often.
Serve immediately. You can dip them in plum sauce or eat them just as they are.
