Dave's Spanish Chicken
Middle-east combination of ingredients in this delicious recipe: olives, artichoke, butter, cayenne pepper, garlic, red pepper, onions and chicken.
Ingredients

Granny's chicken breasts (bone-in) Granny's Chicken Breasts. Split, Bone-in |
| 2 tsp | butter |
| 1 | can artichoke hearts (4 oz) |
| 1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 2 cups | chicken stock |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced |
| 2 tsp | flour |
| 1 | large red pepper |
| 2 | medium onions, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | stuffed olives, sliced |
Directions
Heat oil in frypan. Fry chicken until browned and set aside in roaster.
Add red pepper, onions and garlic to pan, fry until soft. Add artichoke hearts, fry another 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook at 350°F for one hour or until no pink remains. Remove chicken to a serving dish.
Meanwhile, in fry pan, melt butter, add flour and olives. Add to chicken stock in the roaster. Heat until thick, pour over chicken.
Serve with rice.
