Giblet Gravy
Gravy recipe for the holidays. Use your turkey giblets and drippings and make a delicious gravy.
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup | turkey giblets, finely chopped |
| 3 tbsp | turkey drippings |
| 2 1/2 cups | turkey stock |
| 3 tbsp | all purpose flour |
| 1/2 tbsp | chopped fresh sage |
| 1/2 tsp | ground black pepper |
| N/A | salt & pepper to taste |
Directions
Heat pan drippings in a large skillet over medium heat. Gradually add flour and stir until golden.
Slowly add the turkey stock, stirring with a whisk until blended. Add the sage, pepper, salt and giblets. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve warm.
