Grilled Citrus Turkey
Grilled citrus turkey with orange, lemon and lime juices! Add garlic, chili powder, honey, salt and pepper.
Ingredients

Granny's turkey breast Granny's Turkey Boneless Skinless Breast |
| 1/2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1/2 tsp | chili powder |
| 1 tbsp | cilantro (chopped) |
| 1/4 tsp | cumin |
| 2 tbsp | each of orange, lemon and lime juice |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic minced |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| dash | salt to taste |
Directions
In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine orange, lemon and lime juices, oil, honey, cilantro, chili powder, garlic, cumin, pepper and salt. Seal bag and shake to mix.
Add breast to marinade, seal bag and refrigerate 4-6 hours (or overnight), turning occasionally to marinate evenly.
Preheat grill for direct heat cooking on medium heat. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side. Meat is done when no longer pink inside and food thermometer reaches 170°F (77°C).
