Ingredients

4 turkey breast cutlets
Granny's Turkey Boneless Breast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, whisked
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup canola
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp Canola oil

Directions

In a shallow bowl, combine salt, pepper and flour. In another bowl, whisk eggs. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, chili flakes and parsley. Dredge one cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then in breadcrumbs, coating well. Repeat with the remaining cutlets.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high and sauté cutlets until golden, about 3 minutes each side. Transfer cutlets to a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle each cutlet with honey and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes or until cutlets are cooked through and honey begins to caramelize.
