Honey Breaded Turkey Cutlets
Honey with a kick, turkey cutlets breaded and baked for a healthy and delicious recipe.
Ingredients

turkey breast cutlets Granny's Turkey Boneless Breast |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | fresh ground pepper |
| 1/2 cup | all purpose flour |
| 2 | eggs, whisked |
| 2 cups | bread crumbs |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsp | crushed chili flakes |
| 1 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
| 1/2 cup | canola |
| 1/2 cup | honey |
| 1 tbsp | Canola oil |
Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine salt, pepper and flour. In another bowl, whisk eggs. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, chili flakes and parsley. Dredge one cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then in breadcrumbs, coating well. Repeat with the remaining cutlets.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high and sauté cutlets until golden, about 3 minutes each side. Transfer cutlets to a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle each cutlet with honey and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes or until cutlets are cooked through and honey begins to caramelize.

Tip: These cutlets work great as a sandwich.
