Lime-Chili Wingstix™
New Wingstix, a wing on a stick, marinated in lime and chili. Great for parties, easy to prepare!
Ingredients
| 1 pkg 450g |
Granny's Wingstix™ Granny's Chicken Wingstix (winglets) |
| 1 tsp | chili powder |
| 2 tbsp | cilantro, freshly chopped |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 tsp | garlic, finely chopped |
| 2 tbsp | lime juice |
| 1/2 tsp | red chili flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | sea salt |
| 2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for cilantro.
Marinate for 1-3 hours.
Place Wingstix™ with bone end up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or tin foil spaced 1'' apart.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Toss with cilantro and serve.
Chef's tip: To this recipe more or less spicy increase or decrease the amount of chili flakes.
