Pan-seared Turkey Steaks with Mango Salsa
Turkey cutlets with mango cilantro, limejuice, jalapeno, red onion and salt. Tropical, fresh and delicious!
Ingredients

turkey steaks Granny's Turkey Boneless Breast |
| 1/8 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 3 tbsp | cornmeal |
| 3 tbsp | flour |
| 1.5 tsp | ground cumin |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| Salsa | |
| 1 | mango, diced |
| 2 tbsp | red pepper, finely diced |
| 2 tbsp | red onion, finely diced |
| 1 tbsp | jalapeno pepper, finely chopped |
| 2 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
| 1 tbsp | cilantro, roughly chopped |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro. Cover and let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour if possible. Serve over Cumin Turkey Cutlets.
Cut turkey breast into 3/4 inch steaks. Combine flour, cornmeal, cumin, salt and cayenne pepperin a bowl. Dip steaks into mixture, coating both sides well.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté coated cutlets in oil for about 6 minutes per side, until outside is lightly browned and inside is no longer pink. Remove cutlets and serve with salsa.
