Raspberry Chicken Salad
Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing, add chicken, walnuts and fresh raspberries. Delicious, quick, and healthy salad
Ingredients
| 2 cups |
cooked chicken, sliced Granny's Chicken Boneless Skinless Breasts |
| 1 | package mixed salad greens |
| 3/4 cup | Kraft Light Done Right Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing |
| 1/2 cup | walnut pieces |
Directions
Cook chicken. Leave to cool , then slice. Place greens on large platter or in a large bowl.
Top with chicken and walnuts. Add dressing. Toss lightly.
You can also add fresh raspberries for more flavour and colour.
