Turkey Drumstick Cassoulet
turkey drumsticks, romano beans, swiss chard, garlic and tomatoes, parmesan, pasta
Ingredients

| 1 cup | onion, diced |
| 2 tbsp | garlic, chopped |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | red wine |
| 1 can (28 oz) | diced tomatoes |
| 1 cup | chicken stock |
| 1 can (19 oz) | romano beans |
| 1 bunch | Swiss chard |
| 1/2 tsp | sea salt |
| to taste | fresh ground black pepper |
Directions
Brown drumsticks in a deep frying pan over medium high heat then set them aside.
Saute onion and garlic until translucent, then deglaze with red wine.
Add tomatoes, stock and seasoning and stir. Add drumstick back to pan and simmer with a loose cover for about 15 minutes.
Add swiss chard and romano beans and cook until drumsticks are done; about 10 minutes.
Serve with fresh cooked pasta and parmesan cheese.
