Turkey Bruschetta
Easy and quick, simple bruschetta recipe with turkey breast. So good for you!
Ingredients
| 1 cup |
chopped cooked turkey Granny's Turkey Boneless Skinless Breast |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 8 | slices Italian bread |
| 1 | medium tomato, chopped and seeded |
| 1 cup | part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 1 tsp | dried basil |
| to taste | freshly ground pepper |
Directions
Mix oil and garlic together, brush on bread and broil until lightly browned. Toss tomato, turkey, cheese, basil and pepper together. Spoon onto toasted bread and then broil until cheese melts.
