Turkey Caesar Salad
Fresh, quick and easy Turkey salad. Healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
| 1 lb |
cooked turkey breast, cut into small cubes Granny's Turkey Boneless Breast |
| 1 tbsp | 10% cream |
| 1/4 cup | chicken broth |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 cup | olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1 Tbsp | Parmesan cheese, to taste |
| 2-3 heads | Romaine lettuce, shredded |
| pinch | salt and pepper |
| 2 | tomatoes, diced |
| 1 tbsp | wine vinegar |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix wine vinegar, broth, garlic, Dijon mustard, oil, Parmesan, salt, pepper and cream. Add the turkey pieces and Romaine lettuce and toss well. Place salad on plates and add tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste.
