Turkey Caesar Salad

Fresh, quick and easy Turkey salad. Healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

1 lb cooked turkey breast, cut into small cubes
Granny's Turkey Boneless Breast
1 tbsp 10% cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, to taste
2-3 heads Romaine lettuce, shredded
pinch salt and pepper
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp wine vinegar

Directions

In a large bowl, mix wine vinegar, broth, garlic, Dijon mustard, oil, Parmesan, salt, pepper and cream. Add the turkey pieces and Romaine lettuce and toss well. Place salad on plates and add tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste.
